I'm sorry but the card's sub name must the romaji?? I already try it with katakana names and the image show ロロロロロ but don't worry, the card's name can use the katakana :3 I hope you can fix this! :)
I've been trying to get the card to generate several times over the last few hours, however it won't load. I'm using an iPad so when I get home I'll try it on my laptop but I disabled all of my adblockers and it still didn't work. Fast mode would generate the image and atk & def numbers but the rest of it was just little blank squares like it had failed to render. I'd love to get this to work it looks great.
I wanted to use this generator like oh my god, but . . . it doesn't work now. Seems like it's broken. It would be really cool if it will be fixed. I can only hope ;;
Ummm... What about: 1. Fill everything except the Image Link 2. Submit, you will have a "Black Card" now 3. Crop your image and edit it in 3rd party editing app like Photoshop, Photoscape, Xiu-xiu etc

I don't qutie remember, I think it's honoka or something. But then I could have overwritten it while I tried to fix the Japanese characters issues
